" After purchasing a Victory from SVP recently I had a "personal" issue (of my own doing) with the deal and went back in later and spoke with Norm and Dan about it.
I truly believe any other dealer would have just put me off but they were very understanding and accommodating of my situation and took exceptional care of me and my needs.
After the way they have treated me and the way Kim in the service dept. has helped me out with his knowledge of the products, I cannot imagine any other dealer coming close to their professionalizm and care for their customers.
